The ‘South Australian Living Artist’ Festival,
better known as SALA, has developed into one of the largest visual art events
in Australia, providing a focus for both established and emerging artists.
Throughout August, the annual event continues to celebrate the works of a
diverse range of artists working in a wide range of media from throughout the state.
This year I have ventured down south to
Pruners Hut, McLaren Flat to display a series of works for an exhibition
entitled ‘Roads Less Travelled’. As the name suggests this show is inspired by
the landscapes and townships of regional South Australia.
